JLL brokers 9,180 s/f long-term lease for Dodge Foundation NEWARK, NJ — JLL ar- ranged a long-term lease for the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation (Dodge Foundation) to relocate its HQ to 550 Broad St., the iconic 18-story building owned by Fidelco Realty Group in Newark. The Dodge Foundation signed a long-term lease to oc- cupy 9,180 s/f of office space. It will relocate from its longtime home in Morristown this sum- mer to occupy a turnkey space fully built out by the landlord.
