Healthy Recipe: Teriyaki Edamame Sauté
This month our Team participated at the annual Anthem Days Event, in Anthem Arizona. Did you know we opened our first clinic in Anthem over 20 years ago?! Time sure flies when you're having fun!
Ingredients: • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 (8 oz) bag tricolor coleslaw mix
• 2 cups shelled edamame, thawed if frozen • ¼ cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
Here's how to make it: Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add coleslaw mix and cook, stirring, until the cabbage begins to soften, about 2 minutes. Stir in edamame and teriyaki sauce.
