After viewing it, she insisted that we should both attend the workshop and determine whether Dave could help with my back pain. To this day, that was one of the best decisions I have made. In attending the workshop, I found Dave’s philosophy on physical therapy was something new to my ears. I signed up for an evaluation and was surprised in the detail he went through. I have been to multiple physical therapists over the years to try and help my continual back and hip pain to no avail. Over the last year, I have also observed limited neck rotation, something I stressed to Dave during my evaluation. We discussed what hewould recommend tohelpmewith thepainandneck rotation issues.Westartedanexercise routine specifically for my problems and within 2 weeks I started to see results with gradual relief in lower back and hip pain. This was more relief than I have had with other forms of pain management;variousexercise routines,physical therapyandchiropracticmanipulations (twice a week). Dave’s exercise routines have allowed me to accomplish some of my goals I had set prior to the start of my therapy such as; to walk longer than 100 feet without resting, walking an incline path without stopping every 50 feet, enjoy flying again without pain while sitting, and able to walk up the stairs at ASU football stadium without having to take the handicap cart as in previous years. I found the entire Achieve staff extremely professional, supportive and knowledgeable and will miss their smiling faces. I would highly recommend Achieve Physical Therapy to all my friends.
