ESU56 • A direct daughter of the ES A110 cow. Three years in a row we led off with the A110’s in the bull division. • If you’re looking for a heifer with some gas, she is very long sided and has WW, YW and ADG numbers that all rank her in the top 10% of the breed. • When we purchased KBHR Honor in 2021 along with Gibbs Farms, Hook Farms and All Beef, the first thing we did was flush him to A110 and I think we may still have a few embryos in the tank as she’s a huge producer.

• This mating was made almost ten years ago and produced almost 40 eggs. Every year we find ourselves deep in the tank pulling a few more out. • Why, because they work, the commercial guys love the bulls and the females make great cows. • Her dam, ES W46, was a picture perfect front pasture cow that even at 13 years of age she still received a 10 on udder score. • We felt strong enough about the ES M57 heifer to use a $240 straw of Bridle Bit Recharge semen on her. • This is a great pair of heifers that ought to make some excellent cows. The biggest difference may be what they are bred to. • A maternal brother, ES/Long’s Salem, is doing an outstanding job for the Long family in Iowa.
