Seats can selected free of charge before departure.

There aren’t any luggage restrictions for Eurostar…. Plant.

Assistance can be booked at UK and French stations for wheelchair users or reduced mobility passengers.

By car

This is a fabulous option if you need to take medical equipment or your passenger with extra needs likes their own space.

You are in your own car for the whole journey, and you have no restrictions with what you take or pack.

There are some restrictions if you need to take oxygen but we will check that with Le Shuttle or P&O ferries. If you have a WAV (wheelchair accessible van) we will need to let Le Shuttle know due to being able to access the van safely. Disney Hotels and the Parks have dedicated disabled parking close to the entrances (with Blue Badge or equivalent).

If your car is electric you get free charging for your car too. Bonus Tip!

By plane (CDG or Orly)

Navigating a UK airport, we contact the special assistance team for your chosen airline to inform them of your needs and in general can request two seats together free of charge.

Most UK airports have a separate security queuing area for travellers with additional needs, all airport staff recognise the sunflower lanyard / badge or card and its benefits. Once you are through security, it is a very good option to book an airport lounge, this takes away the airport stress whilst waiting to board your plane and you get plenty of food and drink to. Once you are at the gate, keep a listen out for pre-boarding This makes a massive difference, you and your family can be settled on the plane before everyone else Airports in Paris provide assistance if you book it at least 48 hours in advance with your airline, again please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are struggling.

Most airports in the UK have social stories that really help passengers with extra needs understand how an airport looks and works and what to expect.
