Ask questions and listen
"Peel the onion" and ask as many relevant questions as possible. Where? In Facebook groups, newsletters, everywhere your ideal customer is hanging out! LISTEN to what they're saying!

Thanks to google searches, social media, referrals and reviews, it's easier for consumers than ever before to find a product or service which will solve their problem or fill a need. As a business owner or brand, your message must stand out from the crowd so that your product or service is seen as the perfect solution to their problem! Stand out! 2
The message must speak to them: what is the pain they’re feeling (they may not even be aware of it, themselves until they read your message!!) The delivery of your message must be compelling: make sure the messages you send are actionable.

Visuals can help your audience know what action you want them to take. Video, reels, images and graphics can all help you show how your audience's problem will be solved with what you’re selling.

Invest time to discover what motivates your customers or prospects to buy. Take the time to understand their needs, challenges, problems, and fears. Serve them first, and get them interested!
