C entered on safety and women’s empowerment, Lady Conceal specializes in concealed carry purses and accessories. While they also design products for men, they specifically focus on ensuring women feel safe when they’re out and about. Customers can expect artfully, yet functionally-designed purses. Each purse contains a specialized compartment to fit personal safety tools, such as firearms, pepper sprays, tasers, whistles and security alarms.
Located in Golden, Colorado, purse designs are conceived in the U.S. and brought to life by the company’s trusted manufacturer in India. Lady Conceal continuously works to adapt their designs to best fit the market’s current needs. “Relentlessly driven by innovation, we are always on the quest for pioneering methods to fortify women’s safety,” said Diana West, owner of Lady Conceal. Further, Lady Conceal is an ardent supporter of nonprofit organizations that are also aligned with safety and protection. Having retired from teaching, West found a new purpose in advocating personal safety for women. “This journey began in my husband’s saddle shop, where I started selling purses. My husband was already making custom leather holsters, and it wasn't long before women began inquiring about concealed carry purses, a
niche that was quite underrepresented in 2013. So I took the initiative to launch my own website and began selling different brands of concealed carry purses.” Seeing the limited choices available, West was inspired to design her own line. After a series of trials with various manufacturers, she successfully established a partnership with a reliable company in India to produce these unique purses. Their facility in the Corporate Center business community includes ample flexible space to fully realize Lady Conceal’s mission. Their e-commerce operation employs up to five staff members seasonally. “This St. John Properties location is ideal for the business, offering a blend of privacy and accessibility, with major highways just minutes away,” stated West.
