HCSO EVENTS
SHOP WITH A DEPUTY Shop with a Deputy is an event where young children, particularly those in need from foster homes, group homes, and surrounding communities within Henry County, shop for Christmas gifts alongside uniformed officers. Over 70 children participated in 2023, pairing up with deputies at "Santa's Toy Shop" at the HCSO. In addition to receiving items from wish lists they created, children also received necessities requested by parents and guardians. This cherished tradition not only spreads holiday cheer but also exemplifies the HCSO's commitment to community engagement, compassion, and the spirit of giving.
