Courthouse tours Thank You A BIG Texas “Thank You” to Arthur Weinman who provided an expert tour of the Tarrant County Courthouse. Mr. Weinman has worked for Tarrant County for 30 years and has a unique perspective on the history and architecture of the courthouse. We also thank Judge Brooke Allen and Associate Judge Lynn Kelly, both of whom kindly took time out of their day to speak to us about their experiences in the courtroom. Our NADOA volunteers who led the courthouse tours at our 2019 Fort Worth Institute are also deserving of our gratitude. Much obliged to you all!
