Experience the art and science of being a winemaker by creating your own custom blend of Pinot Noir from Marchelle’s select vineyard sources in Sonoma and Mendocino. Led by renowned Sonoma winemaker, Greg La Follette (founding winemaker at Flowers Winery) and expert blender, Evan Damiano, each guest will taste through select Pinot Noir barrel stock and create their own special wine customized to their palate and leave with their own special bottle to enjoy.
