Others name this SODFH ³3LQN 5RFNV´ RU ³5HG 5RFNV´ IRU WKH EULJKW VPRRWK RXWFURSV which grace and embrace the river. “Castor Watering Hole” is a sum- mer name for the playful waterfalls pouring into plunge pools, ideal for FRROLQJR̆ IURP0LVVRXULKHDW$PLGRQLVNQRZQVLPSO\DQGVLJQL¿ - cantly as “ The Place ” by generations of my own family who have grown XSWZHQW\PLOHVGRZQWKHURDGIURPLWVSLQNJUDQLWHEOX̆ VDQGPRVV\ FHGDUJUDGHV(DFKQDPHWHOOVDVWRU\DQG$PLGRQKDVPDQ\QDPHV, do not know given by other people who have swam in its waters.
