“PARTAKERS” Of the Divine Nature. “Where by are given unto us exceeding great and prec ious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having -escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Pet. 1:4. Of Suffering and Consolation. “And our hope of you is steadfast, knowing that as ye are partakers of the sufferings so shall ye be also of the consolation.” 2 Cor. 1:7.
