TOO of Paul. “I am not ashamed of the Gos pel.” The Gospel we remember means the good news that Jesus died for our sins, and rose again and is living in heav en. To be ashamed of Jesus who saved us from our sins would be a dreadful thing. Now when we know Jesus we can not feel ashamed but are happy and want to tell others about His wonderful love. What do you think is the best way we can show our love for Jesus? Yes, by telling other boys and girls and bringing them to Sunday School. Closing Prayer. —Dear Lord Jesus, we thank thee for saving us from our sin, and help us to tell the story of Jesus to others. m BLACKBOARD SKETCHES By Ern Hansell P Saul preaches Christ as the Son of God. and Him crucified.” Any thing short of this is not the gospel. 2. Saul’s escape and return to Jerusa lem. This may-be used as a conclusion showing that Saul was persecuted for Christ’s sake. Therefore we must bear our crosses and stand the ridicule of this world.
