Vanguard Companies Appoints Bryan Perry As VP Of Sales

RRD Acquires Williams Lea

Kansas City, Missouri based Vanguard Companies has confirmed that Bryan Perry has been appointed as the new Regional Vice President of Sales in Bentonville, Arkansas. Perry brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned professional in the corrugated packaging and point-of-pur- chase (POP) display industry. He has a strong background in developing and managing accounts, as well as sales and design teams. In his new role, he will focus on training and supervis- ing the sales and design teams, primarily concentrating on generating new business and exploring sales opportuni- ties in targeted market segments to support the compa- ny’s vision and goals. Perry will report to Chris Cummings, Executive Vice President of Sales. “Vanguard is excited to have Bryan join our team of ex- perts and bring his experience to our ongoing business growth,” Cummings said. “We are confident that Bryan will be a valuable asset to Vanguard, and we look forward to the continued growth and success of our organization un- der his leadership.” “Vanguard is thrilled to have Bryan join our sales team,” said James Beard, CEO. “I am looking forward to seeing him extend the Vanguard brand while building and deep- ening key relationships.”

Chicago, Illinois based RRD, a global provider of marketing, packaging, print and supply chain solutions, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Advent to acquire Williams Lea, a provider of tech-enabled busi- ness support services to financial, legal and professional services firms worldwide. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025. Williams Lea will join RRD’s Digital, Creative and Busi- ness Support Services segment to further strengthen and expand its position as a transformation partner for busi- ness support and productivity solutions. This investment also complements the segment’s digi- tal marketing capabilities that include a suite of full-funnel media, measurement and proprietary marketing technolo- gy offerings. “This acquisition closely aligns with RRD’s growth strat- egy as we look to build upon our business support offer- ings and achieve the vision of our Digital, Creative and Business Support Services segment,” said Tom Quinlan, President and Chief Executive Officer of RRD. “Together, our capabilities coupled with our collective industry acu- men and scale will provide clients with an even greater ability to maximize their own customer engagement strat- egies and streamline their business operations.”
