City of Pearland Receives Top Workplaces Award

The City of Pearland has received a Top Workplaces of 2023 USA award from Energage, a leading research firm that specializes in employee engagement and workplace culture. This year, Energage invited 42,000 organizations to partici - pate in its annual Top Workplaces USA survey. This award is based on the results of an anonymous survey of the City's employees, who provided feedback on various aspects of their workplace, such as leadership, benefits and overall job satisfaction. As always, the City is greatly honored to be recognized for its commitment to its employees and their well-being. Receiving a Top Workplaces award from Energage further reinforces the City's reputation as being a favorable place to work and live and acknowledges its ongoing efforts to provide top-notch services and support to its residents and community.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of.
