SUPER Series 1. The SUPER-PAK unit ships attached to a pallet and is pre-primed with water. Do NOT remove from the pallet or add water. 2. The SUPER-PAK also ships with the SP-PUMP. SUPER-PAK 1–3: The SP-PUMP is already connected, no action is needed on the pump until step 5. Do not disconnect the pump. Water will spill out. SUPER-PAK 4: The SP-PUMP is placed between the four units. Remove and place on the floor in front of the units with the Serial Number and

CRP 500 — 2000 1. Run the outlet hose to a drain. Do not allow air locks, kinks, or excess coil in the outlet hose. The hose MUST lay flat, or the unit will not drain. 2. Prime the unit by pouring water into the open inlet until water drains through the outlet. Not priming the unit will cause premature failure. 3. Attach the manifold to the top of the unit by inserting the tapered descending port into the small opening of the unit. Align as shown in the photo. 4. Insert the ¼” poly tube from the outlet hub to the push- to-connect fitting on the right side of the timer drain. 5. Required for proper operation: Connect a ¼” poly tube from any clean shop air source to the push-to- connect fitting on the left side of the timer drain. Plug in the timer drain to a 110-volt outlet. 2 -inch) cap(s) as needed. Install and hand tighten ONLY, inlet connectors and condensate lines. 6. Remove the red ( 1 ⁄ 4 -inch) and black ( 1 ⁄ 7. Each unit ships with an antimicrobial pouch to sanitize and inhibit mold and algae growth in the drain hose. Every three months or as needed, unscrew the outlet cap, exchange with a new pouch, and replace the cap.
IDC 350 1. Position the unit on its side with the vent facing up. 2. Prime the unit by pouring approximately 5 gallons of water through the vent. Not priming the unit will cause premature failure. 3. Position the unit upright, making sure water drains through the outlet. If the water is not flowing, add more water through the vent. 4. 3. Run the ¾” rubber drain hose to the desired location. It is recommended that the hose lays flat or slopes downhill. Do not allow airlocks, kinks, or excess coil in the drain hose. 4. Remove the drain plug by cutting off the end of the hose, about 1½” from the end. Water will flow out of the unit until the pressure is equalized. Cut the hose to size as needed. 5. Recommended*: Connect a ¼” poly tube from any clean shop air source to the push-to-connect fitting on the left side of the timer drain. Plug in the timer drain to a 110-volt outlet.
6. At the top of the SP-PUMP, remove the red cap(s) from the inlet and replace it with a push-to-lock fitting. Connect the ¼” condensate line from the compressor to the push-to-connect fitting. 7. Connect the vent lines from each unit and the outlet vent line to the fittings on the SP-PUMP. Do not remove them after they are installed.

Auxiliary Discharge Pump Is the drain more than 10 feet away? No problem! How about gravity—can’t run the clean condensate downhill? We have the answer! Clean Resources sells an Auxiliary Discharge Pump for those troublesome installs where the drain is too far away, the outlet hose won’t lay flat or run downhill. How it works The CRP Series and IDC Series* use gravity discharge to expel clean condensate from the unit. For that reason, the discharge line must always run downhill and be free of obstructions. However, in a few instances, the discharge line may need to run slightly uphill, more than 10 feet, or even over an obstruction like a pipe. All of these situations can cause a backup because the unit isn’t designed to handle those types of discharges. Enter the Auxiliary Discharge Pump! Connect the CRP or IDC units’ outlet hose to the pump, let it do the work, and move the clear condensate into the drain. Backup problems are resolved just like that!

Incentive Rebate Program
Stocking Level Program
Would you like to earn more money for doing what you’re already doing? You already qualified for this bonus by ordering a CRP, IDC, or Super-Pak unit from Clean Resources. All you need to do is register your installed units to activate your incentives. How it works The Clean Resources Incentive Rebate Program is easy to sign up for. It only takes two minutes. • Head over to CleanResources.com. Click the Register button and enter the unit’s serial number, installation date, and horsepower. • If you are a first-time award recipient, you will receive an email from BILL
1. Remove the Demister Cap from the IDC drum and replace it with the solid plastic Drum Cap. Make sure the cap is firmly hand-tightened. 2. Remove the IDC Inlet Hub from the drum. Insert the rubber gasket with the thinner shoulder into the opening with the thicker shoulder on top until it is firmly in place and seated flush. The gasket should be tight, and it may take a little effort to seat it properly. DO NOT cut off the bottom shoulder to make insertion easier. Doing so will destroy the seal and void the unit’s warranty. 3. Attach the manifold to the top of the unit by inserting the tapered descending port into the newly installed gasket 2b . Align the manifold with the timer drain facing the drum’s outlet port, as shown in the photo. 4. Secure the manifold firmly to the IDC drum with the Manifold Strap. To do this, feed the loose end of the strap (the end without the buckle) below the manifold and under the drum handle. Slide the buckle-end of the strap between the manifold’s support leg and the jug. Wrap the buckle end of the strap over the manifold, feeding it between the exhaust ports. Secure the strap by feeding the loose end through the buckle and pulling until the strap is tight. 5. Attach the 1/4-inch poly tube from the Outlet Hub to the push-to-connect fitting on the right side of the timer drain labeled OUT . (New outlet tubes from the factory may come sealed with a cap. If your poly tube has a cap, remove the cap before attaching the line to the timer drain.)

Stock Up and Save Money Clean Resources’ Stocking Level Program gives you the opportunity for significant savings by proactively purchasing minimum unit quantities and keeping stock at your facility. By participating, you can receive discounts of up to 7% off the distributor’s net price and have stock on hand for immediate delivery to your customers. How it works The program has three tiers based on the total dollars spent and unit minimums per order. Only the CRP, IDC, and Super-Pak units qualify for the unit minimum. Even though the Micro Series do not qualify for the minimum order, they count towards the dollar amount threshold and will be discounted at the appropriate tier percentage.

Clean Resources offers multiple options, like private labeling our black and white units with a custom label that includes your logo. Or, you can go all in with a custom label that includes your company’s logo and a custom unit color. Either way, you not only build your brand but also ensure replacement units for years to come, all while maintaining stock at your facility for immediate shipment. How it works The program has five qualifying options, allowing you to choose just the right combination of Oil-Water Separator units. With the Private Label option, choose from the three frame sizes that meet your needs. Need to make a statement? Choose from two frame sizes and add your brand’s custom color to the units. All orders will drop ship to one distributor location only.
