Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its cor- respondent relationship with UNUM. Fairmount II was developed by, and is managed by, Heritage Properties, Inc. Heritage is a full-service property manage- ment and development com- pany located in Baltimore.
