ing with Springside LLC as an investor and will handle the office complex’s real estate needs including leasing and development. NAI Emory Hill held an open house at Springside Plaza to reveal its plans for the office complex which is approved for up to 400,000 s/f of professional and medi- cal office space located on a 42-acre site on Rte. 40 just west of Rte. 896 and two miles from I-95.
