In themen’s division, Ivaco won out over Orica with a 3-2 win.The teams played hard with a few heatedmoments, but Ivaco won out in the end. The women’s division played their 21 st annual tournament with the win going to the Dream Team with a 5-0 win against La Source du Sports. There were four teams vying for first place during the weekend’s games for the women’s division.Themen’s division saw 14 teams all playing hard for first place. March 4, 5, and 6 will see the public division of the Industrial Tournament with 20 teams participating in three divisions at the Robert Hartley Sports Complex.
February 26, 27, and 28 saw some heavy competition in the 32 nd annual Industrial Hockey Tournament held at the Robert Hartley Sports Complex. The tournament is for local businesses, to show off their hockey talents much to the delight of local hockey fans.The tournament is divided into a local business group, and a public group. The business group holds a men’s division, and a women’s division, which was played over the weekend, while the public group holds an 18-plus group, a 35-plus group, and a 50-plus group that will be playing next weekend.
