The team of Riley Halloran, CCIM and Robert Jacoby has successfully structured and closed $6,325,000 in non-recourse bridge financing for a full service hotel in Cherry Hill, NJ. The hotel consists of 186 keys with an outdoor and indoor pool, 24 hour fitness center and an on-site bar and restaurant with live music. USRC negotiated an immediate funding with a regional bank at a low floating rate priced off 30 day Libor.
