WEEHAWKEN, NJ — Landsea announced recently that Avora has topped out at 11 stories, representing a significant construction milestone for the new luxury condominium building rising on the Weehawken waterfront with unobstructed views of midtown Manhattan. A crowd of dignitaries led by Weehawken Mayor Richard Turner, fellow municipal of- ficials, Landsea principals and more than 150 tradespeople gathered at the building ad- jacent to the Port Imperial Ferry Terminal to celebrate the occasion.
