The commission-free service allows owners—acting as gen- eral partners (GPs)—to raise more funds in a shorter time- frame using the same network of investors with which they have an established relation- ship. Additionally, the LPs stand to profit more while in- vesting with their network of accredited friends and family rather than going solo. That means LPs can achieve a higher

investment thresholds. And, the accredited investors get to in- vest alongside an LP they know and trust, and with whom they share “skin in the game”. For the GP, LP Servicing can help bring in more equity through their current LPs with minimal effort and no additional costs. LP Servicing walks LPs through the entire process start to finish. Madzelan credited with expertise as a project manager, project marketing and budget man- agement, will focus on design and PennDOT permitting of community development projects, and transportation and highway improvement projects. Madzelan graduated from the University of Dayton (OH), with a B.S. in Civil Engineer- ing. She is a registered Profes- sional Engineer (PE) in PA, MD, OH and VA.
