Acknowledging the com- plexity and schedule, PADGS engaged GREYHAWK in Au- gust 2014 to provide project and construction manage- ment services. New Jersey Alliance for Action 2017 Leading Infra- structure Project Award Rutgers-Camden Nursing and Science Building When completed this sum- mer, the 100,000 s/f Nursing and Science Building will serve more than 1,000 stu- dents in Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden and will support students in Rutgers- Camden’s Ph.D. in computa- tional and integrative biology and doctor of nursing practice programs. The facility in- cludes classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, lec- ture halls, student work and study stations, administra- tive offices, lounges, food service, and an auditorium. The GREYHAWK scope of owner’s representation for the $62.5 million project includes pre-construction, construction, and post-con- struction phase services. Construction Manage- ment Association of America (CMAA) Mid-Atlantic Chap- ter Project Award for K-12 Construction Under $20M Delsea Regional High School In a special election in September 2014, voters in New Jersey’s Delsea Re- gional School District ap- proved a $20.7 million bond referendum, of which $10.8 million was slated for the 50-year-old high school. The scope included new roofing and HVAC improvements, a digital data control system, electrical service, fire alarm system, ADA upgrades for classroom access, and some ceiling replacements.
