Cleveland Fencing Academy is a 7800 sq. feet state-of-the-art fencing and sports facility for kids/adults right in Beachwood. With 17 Olympic fencing strips, CFA is the largest and most recognized foil and saber fencing program in the state of Ohio. The program puts a strong emphasis on footwork and eye-hand coordination. The students continue studying the general rules of fencing and begin fencing in pairs. This class introduces the students to fencing tactics and exercises in distance/timing/ execution and provides intro to electrical fencing. Physical development program for kids ages 4-6 years old in a group setting. The program focuses on increasing attention span and improving balance and eye-hand coordination. The kids get introduced to various movements associated with fencing and to noodles and plastic sword fencing.
