How To Register: Online Registration Process for Residents & Non-Residents • Resident registration only from December 18 through March 3. • Non-residents can register online beginning March 4 at 9 AM. • Online registration cannot occur until after you have submitted the necessary Camper Information Form. • Online registration is found at BeachwoodRec.com. • You must have an online Beachwood Rec account already set up. • If you do not have an online account set up, please call us and we will set it up for you over the phone. 216-292-1970 • If you forgot your online account password, then please click the “forgot password” link. • Steps to complete online registration once you log into your online account can be referenced at BeachwoodRec.com. In-Person Registration: • The same registration dates apply. Resident only from December 18 through March 3. Non-residents beginning March 4. • Come to City Hall from 8 AM-4 PM, Monday through Friday. • We will pull up your Camper Information Form that you submitted electronically to make sure it is completely filled out. If you have not submitted your online form, tablets will be available. Registration is not complete until your electronic camper information form and payment is complete. Refund Policy: Please note: All city Day Camp refund requests made prior to May 27, 2024 by 4:30 PM are subject to a 50% processing fee of the refund amount. NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER MAY 27, 2024. Summer Camp Registration Process: Online registration available for both residents and non-residents! Additionally, Beachwood Community Services is going “green.” We are eliminating paper forms and documents. The electronic forms will make things better for Camp Directors and Staff to more easily access important camper information. Everyone MUST submit their Camper Information Form online through the website prior to registering. You may then come into City Hall to register for camp (after you submit your form online) or register online at home. Beginning Monday, December 11 camper information forms and camp specifics will be available at BeachwoodRec.com. Outlined below is our process for electronic camper information forms. • Go to BeachwoodRec.com. • Click on Summer Camps. • Here you will find all your camp information and links to our necessary forms. • All forms are fillable PDFs. • Fill out your form(s) on the website and click submit (one form per camper). • Submitting forms does not mean you are “registered” for camp sessions, you are simply eligible to complete enrollment and pay online or in-person.
