Residents and Beachwood Community Services Patrons, With great leadership and staffing, amazing outcomes are favored. For this reason, it’s no accident that Beachwood’s Community Services Department has been producing incredible programming that’s very enthusiastically attended. Aside from all the fun and happiness the programming generates, some additional evidence lies in a few impressive statistics, gathered through the end of October: • Over 48,000 Beachwood Family Aquatic Center visits • Over 6,850 activity participants (an increase from 2022) • Over 625 summer camp participants • 300 Barkwood members • Over 1,800 Facebook followers • BeachwoodRec.com visited over 10,000 times • Thousands attended special events, most notably, an estimated 1,000 at February Freeze, 1,000 at the new Juneteenth Celebration and 4,750 at the Fall Festival I highly encourage everyone to browse through this guide and consider ways to engage with our programming to discover new activities and meet other community members. Enrichment here comes in many forms, whether it’s athletic or artistic, social or more solitary. We take great pride in offering you this extensive selection of opportunities, so please treat yourself to it!
