Chapter program implementation guides can be developed that outline the most important launch steps, the key educational indicators to track, the estimated new costs and volunteer requirements to support the new strategy; and describe some of the new tools in place to support the new program activities and tracking requirements. • Based on prototyping experience and the Readiness & Viability criteria, City and • New cities will develop smaller-scale launch experiments each year expanding either components or size of student number -based available su•cient NSBE member volunteer support and available budget to cover new associated program expenses.
