RELATED VISION SNAPSHOTS
• Enhance/develop and better integrate STEM/STEAM Application opportunities and program strategies for students ages 9-12 their parents and teachers/supporters; • Gain adoption of the Pre-Collegiate programming by respective leaders within the NEB and each Region as a core component of their platform. • Integrate enhanced STEM/STEAM program elements with NSBE Jr. and SEEK programs. • Create a curriculum that includes a toolkit with hands-on activities, roles and responsibilities for key players, stakeholder
• NSBE SEEK Sta and PCI chapter and city stakeholders will clarify key educational statistics they want their SEEK Camp activities to bolster and/or address • NSBE measurement sta will explore, refine within existing measurement instruments or if necessary innovate the appropriate tracking tool to capture that SEEK Camp activities are addressing educational indicators of interest. • NSBE SEEK and NSBE Jr. sta, PCI region, chapter and select city stakeholders will develop Expansion Readiness & Viability criteria for expanding to other cities based on the results and associated costs of launching and testing the new Awareness, Engagement and Development strategy elements in test cities. Chapter program implementation guides can be developed that outline the most important launch steps, the key educational indicators to track, the estimated new costs and volunteer requirements to support the new strategy; and describe some of the new tools in place to support the new program activities and tracking requirements. • Based on prototyping experience and the Readiness & Viability criteria, City and • New cities will develop smaller-scale launch experiments each year expanding either components or size of student number -based available sucient NSBE member volunteer support and available budget to cover new associated program expenses. Year 2022 • Communications Experiments – Shark Tank Style Competitions across member groups in chapters. • Expand to other viable cities in applicable regions • A program guide can be developed to demonstrate impact • Develop and execute full scale deployment program
