ENGAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION
1. Convene PCI stakeholders, SEEK and NSBE Jr. program sta and select NSBE member- volunteers already working in the PCI space to establish a rationale and reasonable goals for the number of students to test the new Engagement and Development strategy. 2. Sta and Stakeholders together should develop a statement of the Return on Investment/Eort for students who continue from the new Awareness, Engagement and Development outreach activities onto participation in SEEK Camps and NSBE Jr. 3. Sta and stakeholders should review the most thriving SEEK Camp program cities to advance the first prototype for the new Awareness, Engagement, Development Strategy approach. 4. Conduct a review of the SEEK Camp and NSBE Jr. programs for any key updates or linkages that help to better connect/ integrate the new Awareness, Engagement and Development components to the existing SEEK Camp and NSBE Jr. infrastructure and ideas. 5. Sta and stakeholders should develop an approach for scaling the new strategy to include the remaining (but still developing) cities. 6. Sta and stakeholders should consider in advance an estimate of the costs at build and test the new strategy as well as cost-tracking to document the actual expenses and support required.
