programs for professional members • Find the right balance/mix between short term events with exposure on high- interest topics and longer- term career/professional development themes. • Sharpen and where necessary re-focus the technical learning aspects of membership experiences and development opportunities. • Increase targeted oerings of leadership and professional development activities. • Refine Special Interest • Consider content collaborations and partnerships with strategic leadership development partners • Create a Learning Interest Inventory (LII) to establish a baseline and better customize member experiences. • Strategically match mentors Groups (SIGs) structure to support community problem solving and involvement.
