Move Free Testimonials

As part of our fitness initiative here at SFPT, we have successfully implemented a few new fitness programs that have paired very well with the physical therapy that goes on here at the clinic. The program we have received the most praise for is Move Free. This program is based on balance, coordination, basic strengthening, and fall prevention. This program has seen a steady increase in client participation since it began a few months back, and everyone has been pleasantly surprised by the amount of progress they are able to make in a short time. But just because clients are able to take some impressive steps toward enjoying their quality of life does not mean that they are considering stopping any time soon. Here are a few of the amazing testimonials we have received from members of the Move Free program.

“I have been coming to Move Free three times a week for four weeks. I have noticed that I am much more balanced and have increased my strength in this short time. I thoroughly enjoy the program and plan to continue. Diego is very thorough and very patient.”

– JEAN LEGOFF

“I was lucky to find Diego’s Fit-4-Life program already in place when I finished my physical therapy, so I moved seamlessly to exercise therapy with Move Free program. Diego’s program is innovative, challenging, and fun, and I intend to continue forever. What better gift could I give myself?”

– GRACE ALBERT

“I came to improve my balance and posture after falling some time ago. Diego works me to the bone. He is very patient and expects nothing but excellence. I have improved so much with Diego’s help in a very pleasant atmosphere.”
