The flipbook style online magazine will look great—whether you want to read it on your desktop, laptop, tablet or cell phone— and has the following interactive features,* which we encourage you to explore:

If you want to return to the P.E.O. homepage at any time, simply click the P.E.O. logo, which appears in the lower right-hand corner of every page The table of contents includes links to all articles— simply click on the page number of the story you want to read and you will be taken right to it Turn pages using the arrows on either side of the screen. To jump all the way to the first or last page, use the arrows with lines on either side of the screen, toward the bottom of the page After you turn a page, you will momentarily see any live links highlighted. Hover your mouse over these areas and the cursor will become a hand, which indicates the text is a link. Click it and it will take you directly to the resource or webpage mentioned. All web addresses are live links; even some regular copy, if it mentions a specific online resource, may be clickable
Use the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of the page to search for words There are two tools to use if you want to make a note on a page—the speech bubble with the plus sign at the top right of the page or the speech bubble with lines at the bottom of the page The share feature allows you to easily send a link to the magazine via email or social media Use the download button if you want to save a PDF version of the magazine to your device—this gives you the option to download the entire magazine or just the page you are on The two icons on the far right of the bottom row control the size of the image on your screen. The four arrows let you enter or exit full screen mode. The magnifying glass lets you zoom in to increase the size of the text or take a closer look at a photo
