The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in North Vancouver, at 32%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in June was $1,415,000, a 5% increase from May and 4% above June 2023. The average sold price was $1,337,242, 3% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $819, down 9% to last month.
