The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in Surrey, at 23%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in June was $845,000, a 3% decrease from May and 4% below June 2023. The average sold price was $878,977, 1.7% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $555, down 2% to last month.
