RETURNS CREDIT PROCESSING OUR GOAL IS TO ISSUE CREDIT FOR HARD PARTS RETURNS RECEIVED AT OUR STORE WITHIN 24 HOURS. LABOR CLAIMS, PERFORMANCE ITEMS, OR RETURNS NEEDING SPECIAL MANUFACTURER AUTHORIZATION CAN TAKE LONGER. WARRANTY 1. MUST HAVE COMPLETED MANUFACTURER OR AWI WARRANTY TAG OR LABEL. 2. ALL HARD PARTS HAVE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES: • VERIFY ORIGINAL PART IS OUR BRAND AND WAS PURCHASED FROM AUTO-WARES (SUBMITTED WITH ORIGINAL WORK ORDER OR INVOICE ELECTRONIC OR PAPER COPY). • VERIFY PART IS WITHIN MANUFACTURER WARRANTY TIME PERIOD AND GUIDELINES. • VERIFY THE REPLACEMENT PART WAS PURCHASED FROM AUTO-WARES (SUBMIT REPLACEMENT WORK ORDER OR INVOICE ELECTRONIC OR PAPER COPY). 3. PART BRAND AND PART NUMBER IN THE RETURN BOX MUST MATCH WHAT IS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. 4. NO WARRANTY ON: • ALL NON-AEROSOL CHEMICALS • OIL DRI • OIL • SPARK PLUGS • TRANSMISSION FLUID • OTHERS 5. ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, TORQUE CONVERTERS, AND HEADS MUST HAVE PRIOR FACTORY AUTHORIZATION BEFORE REMOVING FROM VEHICLE. 6. MUST QUALIFY UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY PROGRAM. CORES •

MUST BE ASSEMBLED WITH ALL PARTS. ALL CORES MUST BE DRAINED OF FLUID.

• MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX FOR FULL CREDIT. CORES “NOT IN ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS BOXES” WILL RECEIVE NO CREDIT. • ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS MUST HAVE THE FACTORY SUPPLIED CORE TAG ATTACHED TO THE CORE. HYBRID BATTERY CORE RETURNS • BATTERY CORE MUST BE COMPLETE AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CRATE. • CORE MUST BE THE SAME PART TYPE AND APPLICATION AS THE PUR - CHASED REPLACEMENT UNIT. • “CORE RETURN” MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE PAPERWORK. • $75 RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES FOR ALL NEW HYBRID BATTERY RE - TURNS INACCURATELY OR INADVERTENTLY ORDERED. • DO NOT WRITE ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. • CORE CREDIT WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO THE RETURNING ACCOUNT HOLDER ONCE THE CORE IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED NON-RETURNABLE • ALL FLUIDS AND CHEMICALS, SPARK PLUGS, BUSS FUSES, SEALED BEAMS & BULBS, SNOW PLOW PARTS, ALL PAINT, DURACELL BATTER - IES, WORN OUT PARTS. • ANY APPAREL. • PARTS NOT STOCKED BY AUTO-WARES COMPANIES. • PARTS NOT IN CURRENT PRICE SHEET. • PARTS WITH PRICE STICKERS, WRITTEN ON WITH MARKERS, OR NOT IN SALEABLE CONDITION. • ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, TORQUE CONVERTERS, OIL FILTERS, FUEL PUMPS, AND OTHER PARTS NOT DRAINED OF OIL OR FLUIDS. • PARTS MANUFACTURER WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT. • SOME SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS. • NO JUNK YARD CORES WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF AWI RECEIVES ANY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS WE WILL RETURN THEM TO THE CUSTOMER (IF POSSIBLE).

License to VIN - Simply enter a license plate number, from any state, the vehicle information and VIN number will populated into MyPlace Availability - Store availability highlighted in green and can be sorted with your store at the top. Seller net- work flexibility and options allow users to see parts through the entire Auto-Wares network, including sister stores and PSX runs. Stocked Parts Feature - Adding inventoried items to a special list will highlight those items on the parts lookup screen by placing a blue “halo” around the quantity. Parts Lists - Users have the ability to create custom parts lists for Fleet Vehicles speeding up the lookup times. Users also have the ability to create custom parts lists of their stocking inventory, frequently ordered parts or specialty items, making getting frequently ordered parts quicker and easier. Quick Find - Vehicle and Parts have a search as you type quick find feature, just start typing what you’re look- ing for and the results will populate as you type.
