Ingogroup SA, Girona, Spain, has installed a BOBST MASTER M6 inline flexo press, equipped with UV LED curing. Ingogroup started out as a
label printer in 2007; the company diversified into short and medium-run flexible packaging 12 years later when it launched the ‘Ingoflex’ solution. Adopting this strategic approach that combines technological advancements with environmental consciousness, Ingogroup introduced the MASTER M6 with UV LED curing technology from GEW, which allowed the company to become more effi- cient, as well as contributing to a reduction of its energy consumption by a 80 percent. The MASTER M6 can be also configured with BOBST oneECG (Extended Color Gamut) technolo- gy and DigiFlexo automation. Reproflex3 Restructures Leadership Within R3 India As part of this reorganization of Reproflex3 In- dia & Asia, Sethunath Padmanabhan will step down from his position as Managing Director. Andrew Hewitson, Global CEO, will take on ad- ditional responsibilities for overseeing the group’s operations in India. Vijay Irudhayaraj, current head of operations in the Middle East & Africa, will assume additional re- sponsibilities in India. In his extended role, Irudhayaraj will play a piv- otal part in overseeing day-to-day operations and driving new projects integral to Reproflex3’s expan- sion plans in India and Asia. Sethunath will transition out of his operational role to explore opportunities outside the R3 group. However, he will continue to be a part of the Re- proflex3 board, collaborating closely with company co-founders Andrew Hewitson and Trevor Lowes.
