it’s sometimes hard to even imagine doing just one thing. Being split in many different directions, also takes away accountability. And when you lose that, you lose momentum. Accountability can be scary to some people and exhilarat- ing to others. It’s not hard to figure out why. Many of us cannot afford the luxury to focus on just one thing all day. However, if you know that is the case, then a consultant might be your solution. Marketing Consultants are a particularly good idea when you want an experienced team with a ready set of tools and
experiences to jump in and run with a project, so you can focus on what you do best – whether that is selling, managing cus- tomer or business relation- ships or simply focusing on the things that only you can help with. A really good consultant won’t take your money unless they believe they can actually help you - no matter what you believe your need is. Consul- tants can help you think about where you want to be in a year, in three years, in five years – not just right now or next week. A good consultant will also make sure that the number of priorities on the table at any given time remains very, very small and that accountability remains at the forefront of any project that you deem a prior- ity, so that everyone comes out a winner. Sitar Realty sells 27-Unit Monmouth County apartment building WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — Sitar Realty Company announced the recent sale of a 27-unit apartment building in Wall Township for $2.2 million. Robert JanTausch , senior as- sociate and Ronald Schrader Jr ., vice president, represented the seller, the original devel- oper, and the unnamed buyer. The two-story elevator build- ing is located at 2538 Belmar Blvd. Built in 1992, the prop- erty is deed restricted for senior citizens and was known as Colfax Senior Apartments. The property is being rebranded as Allaire Apartment Homes. The seller engaged Sitar on an exclusive basis to market and sell the property. Schrader said, “The prop- erty’s central location in Mon- mouth County and proximity to the adjacent Colfax Plaza is perfect for the senior tenants the property is meant to serve. The tenants really appreciate the convenience of living close to amenities they enjoy.” The transaction was all cash with a short due diligence period. The purchaser intends to make interior renovations and continue to serve the tenants in the first class manner to which they were accustomed by the previous owner.
Marketing consultants are not miracle workers, but then again, they don’t have to be. They are hired to help organiza- tions narrow down their focus and/or to implement something very specific – most employees are not. Just the act of hiring a consultant to do something increases the likelihood of it getting done. It’s their only reason for being there!
