Passion, Growth, and Unprecedented Success in Aesthetic Marketing The ClinicGrower Formula
Since I was little, my parents instilled in me a growth mindset and work ethic. From ages 7 to 17, I worked at my parents’ grocery store back home in Ireland. The lessons I learned watching my parents handle a business with such care still drive me today. It was rewarding and stressful at times, and it gave me the ingredients to start my career. I came to the United States in my early 20s with nothing to my name except a mattress and a point to prove. I had always been interested in marketing, so I spent my college years in Ireland studying marketing and management. In the U.S., I worked my way up through different marketing roles, cutting my teeth in advertising and eventually landing a national sales position, managing millions in advertising dollars. I realized I wasn’t reaching my full potential or utilizing all of my skill sets. So, I started a research project in 2015, which eventually turned into a business in 2017. I began reaching out to different clinics to see how I could help practices grow, and I discovered such a need there. Busy practices were focused on transforming their clients’ lives but didn’t have the resources, time, or strategy to build their brand and client base. One of my first clients was a vein clinic that was also doing aesthetics. I had and still have a great relationship with the owner. When I visited the practice, I loved meeting the staff and patients and seeing firsthand how our partnership was helping people to look better, feel better, and essentially BE better versions of themselves. And the rest was history! I started ClinicGrower to help medical practices grow so they can help more people look their best, feel their best, and be their best. I’m
proud to say we have helped hundreds of practices achieve incredible growth. I owe much of our success to our partnerships. I met my business partner, Brad, in 2019, which elevated ClinicGrower to the next level. Brad is a Registered Nurse with an MBA, so his background, combined with my “Marketing Maverick Madness,” is the perfect combination for serving practices in our niche. With his in-depth knowledge of the challenges medical professionals face, we very quickly saw how much value we could bring to others. Growing a business isn’t always easy, and you want a partner you know will have your back. In good times, but especially in challenging times, you have to be able to look at each other and know, we got this. That experience came for us in the form of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brad and his family traveled from Canada to visit me and my family in Florida (that’s a BIG drive!), and before we knew it, borders were shutting down and he had to rush home. We had already been testing virtual services; little did we know how essential those would become. Our clients were scared. There was so much uncertainty in the world, and many feared going out of business. We stepped up for them, and the word spread. We doubled our business in 2020. At ClinicGrower, we believe in the power of communication and collaboration. From our passionate, fully remote team to our diverse clients, we nurture a culture of excellence. We want all the practices we partner with to be winners and empower them to turn their customers, their clients, and patients into raving fans. Our core values factor into
everything we do, from that first phone call to our clients’ first seven or eight-figure victory. We’ve grown a lot over the years and got there by working hard and smart to create a brand that speaks to people. Looking back to 2017, when this all began, I see how similar our story is to many of our clients. We know the passion and struggles of launching and seeing a business flourish. As we continue to grow and provide even more educational resources to our clients, we are excited to help smart, hard-working, growth- minded medical and aesthetic practice owners achieve their goals so they can focus on what matters most. THE CLINICGROWER EFFECT How Dr. Jeneby Added Over $3 Million in New Revenue
Plastic and Cosmetic surgeons can change lives and give people a more profound feeling of wellness. Craft Your Message: Your message should be clear and aligned with your audience’s needs and desires. What problem does your service solve? Why is it the best option available? 3. Choose Your Medium: On Facebook, your medium could be a photo, video, carousel, or plain text. Choose the format that best suits the message you want to convey. Make sure it’s eye-catching! 4. Capture Attention: The first few seconds are critical. Use an eye-catching image or an engaging video start to make users stop scrolling. Think about bold colors, intriguing headlines, or the start of a video that prompts curiosity. 5. Build Interest: Provide more details about your product or service. How does it work? What’s unique about it? Use testimonials, highlight key features, or explain the product benefits in more depth. 6. Create Desire: Help them visualize the positive outcomes of using your service.
