EW CASTLE, DE — The Sultana Educa- tion Foundation’s new

center constructed by Emory Hill & Company of Delaware has been awarded LEED Plati- num certification, the highest award bestowed by the U.S. Green Building Council. The award is the second LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) platinum certification to be won by Emory Hill, which has built more than ten LEED certified projects in the Mid- Atlantic region including the Delaware Technical Commu- nity College “Energy House,” the Ferris School Juvenile Multi-Purpose Facility and several Royal Farms stores. It is also the second building on Maryland’s Eastern Shore to earn LEED platinum certi- fication. The Sultana Foundation’s stunning new 8,500 s/f Richard and Virginia Holt Education Center located in Chester- town’s Historic District opened Aug. 1, 2016, serving as the base of operations for many of JERSEY CITY, NJ — Jer- sey City Mayor Steven Fulop joined other municipal officials and representatives of Fisher Development Associates to open Vantage, a new luxury 448-unit waterfront rental building in the city’s down- town Liberty Harbor North neighborhood. Mayor Fulop led a ceremo- nial ribbon cutting to officially welcome Vantage which has debuted with strong leasing velocity and nearly 100 resi- dents having already moved in. . “The building looks beauti- ful and certainly adds to the skyline which makes Jersey City so special in regards to this entire region,” Mayor Fulop said. “Congratulations to Fisher Development Associ- ates on the opening of Vantage and we look forward to more
