Property features include 90 trailer parking spots, 219 car parking spots, 44 dock high doors and 28’ clear heights. “This is our second acquisi- tion in Northern NJ this year, bringing our NJ/NY portfolio to more than 4.5 Million s/f,” said Charlton. “In the last three years, CenterPoint has invested over $1.8 Billion in acquisitions and development across the United States, and we will continue to aggressively seek out additional acquisition opportunities - particularly in the port markets of Northern New Jersey, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, South Florida and Seattle.” n CASA names Barley Snyder “Heroes in the Lives of Children” Lancaster, Pa — The Court Appointed Special Ad- vocates for Children (CASA) of Lancaster County has named Barley Snyder the recipient of one of its biggest annual awards, “Heroes in the Lives of Children.” The award is handed out each year to an organization that has made an exceptional effort to effect positive change in the life of a child. Barley Snyder provides pro bono legal guidance to CASA of Lancaster County and has made financial contributions to the nonprofit organization. CASA also uses Barley Sny- der’s office on East King St. in downtown Lancaster for meetings, training, and even to film a CASA movie. Barley Snyder partner Scott Landis has been on the board at CASA of Lancaster County for the last six years, and has been board president for the last three. “Since it started in this area in the mid-2000s, CASA has filled a very necessary void in the region,” Landis said. “No child should ever go home- less, and our at-risk children are most vulnerable. CASA has been successful in helping many of those children find homes, and I’m proud to be a part of an organization doing such tremendous work.
