A t MacBlair Bangor, the team goes all out to provide their customers with the best products, prices and level of service. Vibrant plumbing and building trade counters with experienced, knowledgeable staff ensures a high level of repeat business and a steady stream of trade professionals visiting the store every day. “The MacBlair Bangor team is constantly striving to improve their service and offering to customers,” says Billy McAuley, Branch Manager at the Bangor store. “We’ve just installed a 4,000 ft sq warehouse which significantly increases our stock capacity to carry a full range of building materials. Our in-store Watershed Bathroom and Tiles showroom is an additional benefit to customers - we really are a one-stop shop for building and plumbing professionals. Plans are well under way to install a new door and floor display with completion due early 2021.” Putting customer and staff safety first during these unprecedented times, MacBlair has developed a robust package of Covid-19 related safety measures and operating protocols that our now commonplace in all branches. “We have a member of staff on the front door directing customers to the right department and inside the store we have
a one-way system operating that helps with social distancing requirements.” Business has been very brisk, despite the pandemic; testament to the trust and faith their clientele has in their service. Indeed, customer satisfaction is at the heart of the Bangor branch and is something they all take seriously. “We have a great team of experts here in terms of industry and product knowledge and years of experience,” says Billy. “I have worked at the Bangor branch for 36 years and some of our other department managers have also been working here for over 30 years. “We all like to take our time with each
customer to make sure they get the right product for the job. Customers keep coming back to us because of our staff and the time we take with each customer, ensuring they always leave with the right product for the job.” With a strong ethos based on customer service MacBlair’s knowledgeable and friendly staff are on hand from 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am - 4pm and Saturdays from 8.30am - 12.30pm.
