The Competitive Positioning Process is something that we believe is going to change the way a CMA is defined. It needs to no longer be thought of as a comparative market analysis but truly understood as a Competitive Market Analysis because that’s what the market, buyers, and sellers truly deserve. This is the New CMA . I hope this book has been of value to you, and I sincerely hope the Competitive Positioning Process is something that you can use in your business and implement quickly. It is a shift in mindset and process that I believe is necessary in the real estate market of today. I believe that the real estate community and profession can be a shining example of doing things right. The real estate community and real estate profession needs to embrace the understanding of bringing in all the market factors to really put this together. My hope for you is that you’ve learned this process to a level of confidence that you can go use it yourself. I hope you can serve your customers well and truly guide them to a much better value when selling their house. I believe, and have been proven correct many times, that by implementing this idea and process, your customers will understand that you are their guide in real estate. They will know that they are with the right person at the right time to accomplish all their goals. Which will lead to more closings, more referrals and more paychecks for you. From reading this book, I hope you do more than just feel confident. I hope from reading this book you have more than just an extra transaction. I hope from reading this book that you take a step forward in your career that makes you have an absolute level up in your success.
