TRAFFIC CONTROL SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALBERTA TRANSPORTATION`S 2018 TRAFFIC ACCOMMODATION IN WORK ZONES MANUAL. 3. EXISTING PERMANENT SIGNAGE THAT CONFLICTS WITH THIS TRAFFIC PLAN SHALL BE REMOVED OR SUITABLY COVERED. 4. VEHICLES ENTERING THE WORK AREA SHALL APPROACH THE ACCESS POINT AT AN APPROPRIATE SPEED WITH THEIR ROTATING/FLASHING AMBER LIGHT TURNED ON. VEHICLES SHALL NOT BACK INTO THE WORK AREA BUT SHALL DRIVE FORWARD INTO WORK AREA UNTIL THE ENTIRE VEHICLE IS CLEAR OF THE TRAVEL LANES. BACKING UP WITHIN THE WORK AREA IS PERMISSIBLE.
