suddenly realised all the information I required was at home! After re-starting my heart I ran out of the office and with sweat pouring down my neck and shaking hands

FOR SALE AT LIVE ONLINE AUCTION : a managed to put the key in the car. Inevitably on arrival at home I ran into a neighbour who asked “Is it a good time to sell ?” “Yes” I shouted as I pushed them out of the way and ran into the house. They must have thought I was incredibly rude. From here on God was on my side, I immediately found my notes, the car started, there was no traffic, I hadn’t had a heart attack and I was back in the office with a minute to spare. Ten quick breaths and then I was in front of the camera giving a breathless introduction. From there on it as pure joy with a plethora of bidders on line and on the telephone. What staycation joy to sell a building plot for a holiday home, for example, when the government is advising everyone to stay in the UK! Headline… FOR SALE AT LIVE ONLINE AUCTION : a For me, the triumph of the evening was Chasefield House, Fishponds, This imposing period property with modern extensions offered enormous development/investment potential and with a guide price of £600,000, I knew there would be bidders. In £10,000 bids the price rose from £600,000 to £1.2m! With many other properties and development land exceeding their reserves it was a most successful night which ended with a 100% success rate and £8m property sold.
