County Overview Breakdown:
The following pages breakdown each of the 19 counties in detail, showing Demographics, Age Range, Case Information, Adjudication Summary and Amended Case Information. DUI offense and sanction details are also included for each county. Fourteen sanctions imposed for DUI offenders for each county were recorded. The sanctions included: Fines, Fees, Jail, Probation, Revoked License, Impound License, Interlock, Victim Impact Panel, Attitudinal Dynamics, AA, Alcohol Education, Community Service, House Arrest and Immobilize Vehicle. The following data regarding sanctions imposed in each county were based on data from the Justice system only. Consequently, some of the data presented, or lack thereof, may not be a complete representation of the sanction practices in each county. There may be additional sanctions included in probation orders and MADD is not able to access those records.
