The Site is included within the boundary of an outline planning permission pursuant to Application Reference: 13/00535/EIAMAJ. This outline permission is for a mixed use development comprising 600 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), employment use (Use Classes B1 & B8), a Neighbourhood Centre (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4 & A5), open landscaping, a primary school (Use Class D1) and associated access. As a result of the sale of the majority of the land at Manse Farm, developers Linden (Manse Farm) LLP and Taylor Wimpey have the benefit of this planning permission. Consequently, development on the Site will require a new full planning application. Under the original outline planning permission land use parameter plan the Site was allocated for residential development.
