SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGY - Education Specialist Degree

Prepare for work as a School Psychologist in the K-12 Education System. School Psychologists are trained to help enhance student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development through services such as evaluation, intervention, prevention, and consultation. Graduates earn an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) – School Psychologist certificate for the state of Washington as well as the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential. Total Credits : 105 Part-Time: 12 quarters (11 credits a quarter) Hybrid Format: Full-time on-campus during the summer (9 weeks), part-time online during the academic year Admission Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional experience OR an earned master’s degree • Employment in a sponsoring school district • Commitment from the school district to support practicum experiences Learn more here
