ACCESSIBILITY STUDIES

Complete your certificate in one 10-week summer session or gradually over the course of a year. This new certificate prepares students to understand accessibility by applying universal design principles to all fields of study and careers: from business to sociology. Accessibility Studies provides opportunities to learn about barriers that exclude people with disabilities. Moreover, it serves to ensure that every environment will accommodate everyone, regardless of ability. Laws and accessibility requirements directly affect employers in all industries. Having employees skilled in this area brings additional value to an organization. Total Credits: 15 Prerequisites: • There are no prerequisites for ASP 305 or ASP 325 • You must have completed ENG 101 and 102 or equivalent to enroll in ASP 435 • The capstone ASP 485 requires ASP 305, ASP 325 and ASP 435 first. The capstone typically takes more than a quarter to complete but does not require more than one- quarter enrollment. The variable credit is determined by the program team.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

Students will complete courses in communications, management, and leadership while gaining a foundation of basic operations and strategy. Today, more than ever, students will benefit from the knowledge and application of Administrative Management in the global economy. Total Credits: 24

Part Time: 3 quarters (11 credits a quarter) Full Time: 2 quarters (16 credits a quarter) Prerequisites: Certain classes may have prerequisites.
