B radford is under the spotlight this year. Named the UK City of Culture for 2025, the entire Bradford District, spanning more than 140 square metres across West Yorkshire – will host performances, music, exhibitions, events and activities throughout the year in celebration of arts and culture. It’s perfect timing, then, that the much- loved Peace Museum has found a new, permanent home at Salts Mill, a notable city landmark in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Saltaire. For Tom Henderson, Managing Director of Earlswood Construction, working on the project was a dream come true. “For me, it was a once-in-a-lifetime project not only to work within such a historically important building, Salts Mill,” says Henderson, “but to be involved with providing the new home for the Peace Museum, helping to grow it and spread the word of what ‘peace’ means.” When Bradford’s Peace Museum needed to be relocated, Tom Henderson jumped at the opportunity
