• Each 3G-V Industrial Lever Block is operationally tested to its rated capacity and is supplied with a test certificate

• All 3G-V Industrial Lever Block gears are fitted with industrial roller bearings • Incorporating a safety overload clutch (limiter) mechanism, an added safety precaution, as the handle cuts out at around 30% more than the rated WLL to prevent severe overloading of the lever block • The Overload Clutch therefore reduces downtime, repair costs and extends the service life of the lever block

Vital Lever Blocks Model: Vital Series NR-2 Capacities: 250kg to 9 tonne

Features • Manufactured in Japan using optimum high quality steel which conforms to the strict JIS & ISO regulations • All Vital models are manufactured to comply with AS1418.2 • Designed for long-term use while providing the lowest possible per-use cost • Can be supplied close coupled and extra close coupled to girder trolleys to alleviate headroom restrictions

• Note: All Vital chain blocks can be supplied with 'overload protection' • Customised lift heights are available upon request • Quality caged needle bearings on load sheave and thrust bearings on bottom hook • Hardened alloy steel load chain with embossed identification, marked as per relevant standards • Load Chain exceeds Australian Standards with a 5:1 Safety Factor.

Vital chain blocks are suited for many applications in the mining, construction, industrial and automotive industry. The capacities vary from 0.5 tonne to 20 tonne and all chain blocks can be supplied with overload protection for added security of use.

• The unique design of the bottom hook prevents slipping and ensures safe operation • Hardened alloy steel load chain with embossed identification, marked to the relevant standards • Load Chain Exceeds Australian Standards with 5:1 Safety Factor • Minimum load requirement of up to 10% of the Working Load Limit to ensure the operation of the braking system. E.g. a 1.5 tonne lever block requires a minimum load of 150kg • Light loading; not suitable for tandem operations. If one of the lever blocks used in the tandem experiences an increase in the shared load and the other is reduced below the minimum load, inoperative breaks may occur and this could cause for the load to fall.

The NR-series lever blocks feature the “free-wheeling”

braking system which enables fast and easy operation. There is a minimum load requirement of 10% of the Working Load Limit to ensure that the braking system remains operative and continues to support the load. These lever blocks are ideally suited for the shipbuilding, construction, mining and power transmission industries. The VR-series lever blocks feature a “lock-in and lock-out” braking system which is the more traditional style with a free-wheeling system requiring the disengagement of the gear drive mechanism which is impossible with any load suspended on it. These lever blocks are ideally suited for the (underground) mining, aerospace and energy industries. Features • Manufactured in Japan using optimum high quality steel which conforms to the strict JIS & ISO regulations • Manufactured to comply with AS1418.2

The PWB Anchor M3 Series Chain Blocks have been designed for maximum durability and safety for continuous heavy-duty industrial applications. Available in standard lift heights of 3 and 6 metres, these superior units can be close coupled to PWB Anchor Push and Geared Trolleys for further reduced headroom. The Integral Push Trolley and Girder Clamp is designed to provide a quick and easy attachment to overhead beams for transporting loads for permanent or temporary mounting in different locations.
