• Each 3G-V Industrial Lever Block is operationally tested to its rated capacity and is supplied with a test certificate
• All 3G-V Industrial Lever Block gears are fitted with industrial roller bearings • Incorporating a safety overload clutch (limiter) mechanism, an added safety precaution, as the handle cuts out at around 30% more than the rated WLL to prevent severe overloading of the lever block • The Overload Clutch therefore reduces downtime, repair costs and extends the service life of the lever block
• Heavy duty, available up to 9 tonne capacity, the 3G-V Industrial Lever Block is designed for a variety of applications in mining, heavy industry, major construction works and off shore exploration • The 3G-V Industrial Lever Block has all the features of the 3G lever blocks, with additional advantages • The load chain is Grade 80 Alloy Steel, black finish, heat treated, calibrated and marked according to Australian standard AS1418.2
